All services are available at my home Lagoa Beach House in Portugal, in the comfort of your home,

or at a location of your choice upon request. I offer both private one-on-one sessions and group classes.

Special occasions are also welcome - including pre-wedding gatherings, bachelorette celebrations, baby showers, and birthday sessions. If you have a specific idea or event in mind, feel free to reach out.
