Celebrate with me

The ceremonies I offer are simple, intentional gatherings designed to bring

people together in a meaningful and relaxed way. They create space to slow

down, share presence, and connect - without pressure, performance, or rigid

rules. These moments can feel festive and light, while still allowing room for

depth, reflection, and honest exchange.

Each ceremony stands on its own and offers a different way to connect. A Cacao or Tea Ceremony invites pause, warmth, and conversation; a Local Herb Session explores sensory awareness and our connection to place. A Full Moon Ceremony offers a moment to reflect and reset, while a Sacred Circle creates a safe space for sharing and listening. Guided Journaling ceremonies provide quiet structure for personal reflection, helping thoughts and emotions settle through writing and intention.

CACAO/TEA CEREMONY

A gentle heart-opening experience where we gather to slow down, sip ceremonial cacao or tea, and reconnect with ourselves and each other. Guided meditation and intention-setting create space for reflection, presence, and shared warmth.

FULL MOON CEREMONY

A monthly ritual to pause, reflect, and release under the energy of the full moon. Through movement, meditation, and intention-setting, we create space to let go of what no longer serves us and reconnect with our inner clarity.

GUIDED JOURNALING

A reflective practice supported by gentle prompts and moments of stillness. This session invites you to slow your thoughts, gain clarity, and explore your inner world with honesty and compassion.

LOCAL HERB SESSION

An intimate session exploring the healing power of local plants and herbs. We’ll learn about their traditional uses, prepare simple blends together, and deepen our connection to nature and seasonal rhythms.

SACRED CIRCLE

A welcoming group experience focused on honest conversation and meaningful connection. No pressure to share—just a space to slow down, listen, and feel supported within the collective.
