I created these retreats as a way to step out of the constant rush of everyday life and come back to what actually matters. They’re for people who do a lot, think a lot, and sometimes forget to pause and listen to their bodies, minds and souls. Each retreat is an invitation to slow down (without switching off), move in a way that feels good, breathe deeper, laugh more, and reconnect - with yourself and with others.

These weekends aren’t about perfection or performance. They’re about feeling into your body, paying attention to your emotions, doing sport because it’s fun, resting because you need it, and meeting new people without pressure. Whether you’re craving stillness, movement, community, or all of it at once - there’s space for you here.

Bloom & Breath

Bloom & Breathe is a softer, slower retreat focused on turning inward. Through yoga, breathwork, journaling, and simple ceremonies, I create space for you to reconnect with yourself and listen to what your body and emotions are telling you. It’s about grounding, reflection, and gentle growth - at your own pace.

Coastal connection

Coastal connection is about coming together, moving, and having fun by the sea. We’ll do sporty activities, spend time outdoors, share experiences, and connect naturally as a group. It’s relaxed, social, and playful - designed to feel like a community getaway where you can be active, meet new people, and enjoy being part of a team.

The Unwind Weekend

The Unwind Weekend is a long weekend dedicated to slowing down and resetting. With yoga, plenty of downtime, nourishing food, and space to rest, this retreat is all about letting go of stress and pressure. Come to unwind, recharge, and head home feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
