My yoga practice is rooted in the balance between movement and meaning. It brings together the sportive, physical intelligence of the body with conscious rituals that invite us to slow down, listen inwardly, and unwind from the pace of everyday life. Through breath, strength, and fluidity, the practice builds resilience while remaining gentle and responsive to individual needs.

At its heart, the practice values lightness and enjoyment - making space for fun, curiosity, and ease alongside discipline. Coming from a team sport background, I see yoga as something we do with one another: showing up, having each other’s backs, and allowing emotions to be shared rather than carried alone. Beyond movement, this approach honours the collective experience - listening to our bodies, creating with our hands, and taking time for meaningful connection and conversation. Whether through ceremony or retreat, yoga becomes a shared ritual: a space to move, feel, connect, and wind down together.
